2005-03-152024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/660080摘要:本計畫瞭解LsGRP1於百合組織之分佈,過氧化氫含量變化等與水楊酸處理之關係,並進行快速增幅互補股DNA末端的方法或次基因體庫的建構,完成序列分析,獲得LsGRP1基因家族序列。並擬建構LsGRP1轉殖百合,由干擾試驗探討LsGRP1與百合抗灰黴病的關係。<br> Abstract: The goal of this project is to study the distribution of LsGRP1 in lily tissues and analyze the alteration of the amount of hydrogen peroxide of lily leaves in response to salicylic acid. The method of 5'-and 3'-rapid amplification of cDNA end and the construction of subgenomic library will be implemented to identify the members of LsGRP1 gene family.
