2013-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/655917摘要:本計畫應用本校建置完成之先導植物工廠技術平臺,以前兩年建立的最佳栽培參數及整合型監控技術之標準化作業,量產高品質精緻之皺葉萵、綠橡木萵苣、紅萵苣、紅葉生菜、紅蘿蔓、綠蘿蔓、水白菜與芫荽,亦探討薄荷於植物工廠水耕之最佳栽培參數,達成其量產。另以上年度建立的羅勒最佳養液配方與栽植密度,探討羅勒之最佳催芽環境、溫度、光強度、光週期、二氧化碳參數,建立於立體式植物工場穩定生產高品質羅勒之標準作業程序,達成其量產。並整合前兩年研究成果,研發應用於栽培場實地檢測之多光譜影像系統,其可建置於栽培植床上進行蔬菜栽培期間之即時非破壞性檢測。另使用反應曲面法建立皺葉萵苣低硝酸鹽之種植栽培策略模式,其可調控皺葉萵苣之栽培環境,調整蔬菜硝酸鹽含量於收穫時能符合標準,達到安全、品質之管理要求。本計畫擬利用所研發之多光譜影像系統實地檢測,達成於植物工廠量產高品質之皺葉萵、綠橡木萵苣、紅萵苣、紅葉生菜、紅蘿蔓、綠蘿蔓、水白菜等葉菜,以及芫荽、薄荷與羅勒等香菜。<br> Abstract: The aim of this project is to mass-produce various lettuces, coriander, basil, and mint of high-quality with standardization of operation in the platform of pioneered plant factory in NTU through developed cultural parameters and integrated monitoring techniques. The suitable hydroponic nutrient composition and planting density for basil developed in the previous year will be used to evaluate the best parameters of seeding, temperature, accumulated day light intensity, photoperiod or carbon dioxide concentration for growth in this year. The standard operating procedure (SOP) and mass production techniques for growing basils with good quality in the plant factory will be established. The research achievements of last two years will also be integrated and improved to develop a multi-spectral imaging system for nitrate measurements during cultivation period of vegetables. This system can be installed on the bench in plant factory to conduct the real-time and nondestructive inspections. The cultivation strategy model for low nitrate concentration using Response Surface Method will also be established to control and adjust the nitrate concentration of lettuce vegetables during cultivation in order to meet the required standards at harvest; and the safety and quality of vegetable production will then be assured.
