2013-01-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/697651摘要:由於高齡少子化趨勢,醫療費用負擔的經濟壓力增加,醫療照護之需求轉為治療與照護並重,而慢性病管理的需求益受重視。醫療照護為行政院六大新興產業之一,以國內強大的資通訊技術研發與應用能力為基礎,已有許多醫學中心提供相關之創新醫療服務。本研究擬針對最具潛力與前瞻性之創新醫療服務:「遠距照護 (tele-health)」,採用創新商業模式之概念架構,輔以營運管理與績效評估之觀點,探討此創新遠距醫療服務模式之建構與營運。 本研究的目的如下: 一、 分析並設計遠距照護服務之營運模式,包括作業流程、績效評估、與資源規劃。 二、 探討此營運模式中個案管理師之角色,並同步進行實證與學術研究。 三、 結合雲端運算與資料分析,探討遠距照護服務進行創新垂直整合與水平整合之學術理論與實務。 四、 針對整合過程中,遠距照護服務顧問產業之創新發展,進行管理學研究。 <br> Abstract: As the population ages and the birth rate drops, the financial burden from healthcare expenses has increased. Healthcare industry turns to emphasize both treatment and care and the demand for management of chronic diseases is gradually gaining prominence. Based on the powerful domestic capability of developing and applying information and communication technology, many medical centers have aimed to provide ICT-related innovative healthcare services. This research plans to explore the establishment and operations of the business model for the most potential and promising innovative healthcare service, “tele-health”. This research applies the framework of operations management and performance assessment, and issues including operations strategy, service design, and resource planning are to be explored. The objectives of this research are as follows. 1. Analyze and design the business model for innovative telehealth services. 2. Investigate theoretically and empirically the service delivery operations for case managers. 3. Discuss performance assessment and resource planning for the telehealth business model. 4.
