2023-01-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/651133本研究將探討我國民主、經濟、社會、及環境韌性議題，藉著設計韌性指標、蒐集我國與跨國的相關數據、計算韌性指標的數值，來建構適合我國及多國的韌性因素影響模型，發展整體的韌性模型或架構。此外，本計畫也會分析我國在面臨可能的主要風險與挑戰時，可能的弱點與缺陷，並追蹤韌性發展的程度與趨勢。希望能讓學界與民眾對韌性社會有更深的了解與重視。最後，經由對指標建構的討論與調查結果的反思，制定具整合性的跨領域學術與政策研究議題，提出政策建議。 This study will explore issues related to democratic, economic, social, and environmental resilience in our country. By designing resilience indicators, collecting relevant data from Taiwan and other countries, and calculating the values of resilience indicators, we aim to construct a suitable resilience factor influence model for our country and multiple countries and develop a comprehensive resilience model or framework. In addition, this project will analyze the possible weaknesses and deficiencies of our country when facing potential major risks and challenges. It will track the degree and trends of resilience development. It aims to deepen the understanding and emphasize the importance of a resilient society among academia and the public.
