2012-08-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/655766摘要:世界各國老化及慢性病人口漸增,醫護學生將面臨提供生命末期照護的機會隨之增加,加上現今醫護教育改革重點均強調「全人教育、社區醫學、醫療品質以及e 化在醫學教育之應用」,於培養醫護學生具備生命末期醫療照護之「知識、態度與臨床技能」專業能力的同時,基礎的人文倫理及利他與團隊溝通合作的專業素養更是不可忽略。本子計畫擬採行動研究法,以設計「服務學習」課程為主軸,旨在建置生命末期醫療照護「多媒體e 化學習平台」課程與至醫院或社區進行安寧療護之服務體驗學習,並慮及文化適應性,以焦點團體及德爾菲法將本土編制教材轉譯延伸至國內外其他學校及社區照顧場域實施,期使能培養醫學院大學部及研究所學生實踐人文關懷,並將台灣經驗推廣至國際舞台。本研究預計以三年期程完成下列研究目的,第一年:1) 評估社區安寧療護的教育需求,與合作醫護院校進行學術和教學經驗交流,並整合台灣及合作國家暨有的社區資源及網絡營造模式;2) 編寫E 化學習平台之「社區安寧療護課程」教師手冊(中文版);3)規劃與建置台灣合作之醫護院校及北、中、南服務場域之「社區安寧療護服務學習」體驗課程;4)以OSCE及GCSE 進行參與各社區服務學習醫護學生之學習成效評量,以建立台灣「社區安寧療護服務學習」體驗課程之本土模式。第二年:1)進行 E 化學習平台之「社區安寧療護課程」教材及「教師手冊」國際化(翻譯成英文、印尼文及馬來文);2) 舉辦國內外「服務學習體驗課程」之種子師資培訓工作坊;3) 規劃與建置「服務學習」體驗課程,並具體實施於印尼國家之醫護院校及服務場域。第三年:1) 延伸國內之「社區安寧療護服務學習」體驗課程,並規劃、建置與具體實施此課程於馬來西亞。2) 完成並檢視各國實施此課程學習成效之問卷評量;3)進行醫護學生跨國參與人文關懷服務學習活動之文化比較研究。期能規劃後續發展至東亞,以建置台灣對於東南亞安寧療護體系建置的台灣經驗與全球化視野的行動方案,並培養醫護學生成為具人文關懷與國際視野的醫療業人才。<br> Abstract: As the rapidly increasing portion of elderly people, the medical and nursing professionalsinevitably have the needs to take care end-of-life. Otherwise, modern medical and nursingeducation have gradually emphasized holistic care, community-based, quality of care and e-learning,which also indicated the importance of humanity, ethical decision and team work.The three-years study use the action research and service learning-based method, which extendthe e-learning of end-of-life care to the domestic and international communities. This study in thefirst year is planning to investigate the educational needs and collaborate the teaching materials andeducational resources in the study communities. To finish the teacher guidebook in use of e-learningof end-of-life care, and establish a consensused Taiwan model to use service learning are also theworks in this year.The works of the study in the second year will extend the projects to other countries andtranslate the teaching materials to versions of English, Indonesian and Malaysian. To hold up thetraining course for seed teachers and establish the international course of service learning are alsothe main work of second year.In the three year of the study, we will extend the service-learning courses to Malaysia andestablish the evaluational tools.
