2019-01-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/652465摘要：子計畫四旨在於整合我國在科研計量的研究人才與成果，共同建立具有國際領先特色與知名度的卓越研究團隊，推展我國在科研計量的研究與應用，進而帶動我國的科學與技術研究品質、提升產業競爭力，並發揮對社會（包含對政府政策、相關社會議題）的影響。除經由國際學術論文發表追求學術卓越與國際曝光外，本子計畫更進一步建構科研相關專業資料庫，結合文獻、專利、訴訟、人才等數據，以更完整的勾勒出科研實象，並已持續應用於提供我國大學績效評比、亞洲企業創新能力評比、以及我國再生能源人才與技術缺口的實證分析等。<br> Abstract: Sub-project 4 is aimed to establish an internationally aware and scholarly distinguished scientometric research platform by integrating related research talent and achievement in this field, so as to advance scientometric studies and applications in Taiwan, to enhance Taiwan’s science and technology (S&T) research quality, to promote industry competitiveness, and to achieve society influence in terms of government S&T policies and social issues. In addition to the pursuit of academic excellence and international exposure through the publications of research achievement on international journals and conferences, this sub-project constructs professional S&T databases, and integrally leverages not only traditional bibliometric data but also patent, litigation, and researcher data, so as to deliver a comprehensive and accurate S&T reality.
