2004-07-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/678726摘要：目前牛隻流產問題影響酪濃產業至鉅，且導致流產之病菌常造成人畜共通傳染病，影響消費者健康，本計畫首先收集牛隻其血清樣本及牛隻流產胎兒、胎盤。將上述樣本檢驗及進行分析結果，以了解國內牛隻導致母牛流產之病原，並提出預防方法以減少酪農損失、保障消費者安全。<br> Abstract: We collect samples of bovine serum , aboriton fetus and placenta from bovine. To Examine these samples for Neosporosis, leptospirosis, Brucellosis with serum ELISA and immuohistopathology. (1) To survey the pathology to find out the antigen that cause cow abotion. (2) Provide the prevention methods and reduce the loss angriculture enconomics. (3) Realize the main pathology that cause cow abortion and provide the pre-research of disease control and vaccine. (4) To prevent the infectious pathogens of the zoonosis that cause bovine abortion . All the results could improve the security of ingestion of bovine products to customers.牛流產病原bovineabortionpathogen
