潘銘正2006-07-262018-07-092006-07-262018-07-091998http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/28663目前已知伯氏疏螺旋體分離株可分為 Borrelia burgdorferi sensu stricto , B. garinii, B. afzelii, B. japonica, B. andersonii, B. valaisiana, B. lusitaniae等7 個基因種及未 定的DN127 群( B. bissettii)。本計畫為了 證實以rpoD 基因內之內部分歧序列區域 可做為區分伯氏疏螺旋體基因種之依據, 一年內共收集了19 株日本、歐洲及台灣 伯氏疏螺旋體分離株進行增幅,經限制脢 HindIII 與RsaI 分析後發現內部分歧序列區 域在切割後主要呈現分別代表Borrelia burgdorferi sensu stricto , B. garinii, B. japonica,及B. lusitaniae等4 基因種圖譜。 其中B. afzelii, B. andersonii及DN127 群 ( B.bissettii)無法完全區分,必須同時使 用其他方法來輔助鑑定。此結果顯示rpoD 基因之內部分歧序列區域適合作為伯氏疏 螺旋體的快速分型工具。The causative agent of Lyme borreliosis, Borrelia burgdorferi Sensu Lato, is currently classified as seven genospecies and an unclassified DN127 group ( B.bissettii). The seven genospecies are Borrelia burgdorferi sensu stricto , B. garinii, B. afzelii, B. japonica, B. andersonii, B. valaisiana, B. lusitaniae A total of nineteen strains (including Taiwan isolates) were collected and analyzed. On the basis of the results obtained after cleavage by HindIII and RsaI separately, it showed that the internal divergent region revealed four patterns, each representing one of the four genospecies, Borrelia burgdorferi sensu stricto , B. garinii, B. japonica, and B. lusitaniae. However, strains belonging to B. afzelii, B. andersonii and DN127 ( B. bissettii) cannot be differentiated by this method alone.
