2005-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/658897摘要:本計畫目的,在探討種鵝產期調控對鵝肝臟脂質合成之影響;經調控種鵝產期 ,不同飼養方式供給水池與否對種鵝繁殖性能之影響;決定500個鵝隻肝臟基因選 殖株的序列;分析高產期之鵝隻肝臟cDNA基因庫;產蛋前後腦垂腺差異表現基因 的研發;測定母鵝排卵前後內泌素之變化,以瞭解其排卵機制;設計調控排卵之 模式以增加其排卵率。<br> Abstract: Male and female White Roman breeder geese during reproductive and nonreproductive seasons or during laying period modulation will be used in this study. The purposes of this study are (1) to investigate the effects of laying period modulation on the hepatic lipogenesis; (2) to determine the effects of different feeding models (supplied pool or no) on the breeding performance; (3) to determine 500 gene sequence of liver;(4)to analyze the cDNA gene pool of liver during high productive period; (5) to study the difference of gene expression of pituitary gland before and after egg laying ; (6) to analyze the changes of hormone before and after ovulation , in order to understand the mechanism of ovulation; (7)to design the regulation of ovulation model, in order to increase ovulation rate.種鵝產蛋期調整基因表現breeder geeselaying period modulationgene expression家禽育種、生產計技術及品質改進計畫-調控種鵝產蛋期生理之研究
