2017-02-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/684853摘要:規劃智慧農業4.0職能課程,作為智農經營人才之規格基準。農業人才培育係作為智慧農業4.0之推升動能,為期能農業發展注入新動力,並期透過跨領域合作、市場價值導向、智慧生產管理、創意服務加值等策略,提昇整體農業經營環境,促進農業永續發展。 106年度人才培育目標係規劃辦理智農職能課程設計及開辦農業生產力培訓(含推廣班及初階實務、中階行動學習專班)與國際培訓班等,希藉由職能課程之規劃確保與達成農業升級所需關鍵能力的聯結,並透過訓練課程提升農業人才能力,聯結行動學習擴大學習效益回饋至產業發展。 <br> Abstract: Since the global population is expected to reach 9.6 billion by 2050, the sustainability of the food and agricultural production system is being questioned. As a net food-importing country, Taiwan`s calorie-based food self-sufficiency rate is relatively low. Furthermore, the agricultural productivity has been worsened by the shortage of manpower and the change of natural environment. It is undoubtedly necessary to advocate the need for sustainable intensification of agricultural production. In response to this need, the COA is promoting the Smart Agriculture 4.0 Program. In addition to enhance the technology levels and strengthen interdisciplinary industry-academic-research cooperation, this Program emphasizes the importance of talent-fostering in ten leading industries through an innovative agricultural training strategy. To cope with the trend of competency-based human resource management, the current project aims to construct an analytical model for the development of competency standards and to build up three frameworks of competency standards for selected industries including mushroom, moth orchid and agricultural facility. Next, three competency-based training programs are developed and implemented at four universities which will make it easier for trainees to leverage their experiences to learn new skills that will give them access to new opportunities in three selected leading industries. Implementation of smart agriculture innovative technology frees future agriculture from restrictions set by weather conditions. Crop potential can be greatly enhanced through labor-saving and large-scale production. Safe and convenient agricultural production system could be created to attract young talents, driving Taiwan`s agriculture towards a young, vigorous, and highly competitive LOHAS industry.
