2020-03-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/665442摘要:隨著臺灣民眾對於食品與農產品安全之要求日益提高,希望減少甚至不使用農藥與化學肥料施作之有機產品日益重視。故如何透過天敵昆蟲此類生物(例如線蟲、節肢動物等)來達到減少農作物有害生物之數量,已受到農民、消費者以及政府單位之注意。雖然農民購買天敵昆蟲等生物資材進行生物防治早已行之有年,然而,由於臺灣耕地面積較小,又屬於連續多年期之小農制,再加上臺灣病蟲害管理方式較為零散,缺乏綜合管理與共同防治之機制,若能透過補助農民購買天敵昆蟲生物資材,能提高購買天敵昆蟲生物資材之誘因,降低化學農業使用量,達到友善環境耕作之效果。據此,以區塊鏈技術結合昆蟲天敵相關知識為基礎,開發應用於農民採購天敵昆蟲生物資材之電子帳簿作業流程,以及農民申請天敵昆蟲資材補助之作業平臺,現今農民人口老化的情況下,降低準備申請各項補助所需資料、證明文件以及填寫各項系統等工作為本計畫工作重點之一,藉由作業平臺整合購買資材資料以及施用資訊,並透過區塊鏈技術確保各項資訊並未被竄改,因此農民可直接以此資訊申請補助,而由於所提供之資訊結由系統產出且皆藉由區塊鏈技術加密,因此也可減低政府單位比對各項資料正確性與否之工作。 此外,本計畫以稻米為例,利用藉由區塊鏈技術所加密及上鏈稻米生長資料及各項農務資料與環境氣象資料等,利用人工智慧技術,模擬稻米生長情形及推估可能之食味值,並找出其重要參數,提供農業作業管理之參考,以提升水稻生產品質,並結合人工智慧技術於知識圖譜之功能,強化各項知識搜尋、搜尋範圍及停止原則之設定,並可做為作物生長及食味值預測時之人工智慧模型中之輸入資料之一,以提高預測之準確性。此外,為確保各項上傳資訊的正確性,本計畫亦將結合人工智慧技術以提高語音辨識程度之技術開發。最後本計畫將針對知識區塊鏈作物生產履歷技術商轉模式進行規劃與評估,研訂如何移轉研究成果於民間廠商,強化研究成果於實際應用之程度,以充分發揮區塊鏈技術於農產品產銷應用之可能性。<br> Abstract: With the ever-increasing requirements on the safety of food and agricultural products, reducing the number of pests through natural enemy insects has attracted the attention of farmers, consumers and government authorities. Although some farmers have used natural enemy insects to reduce the pests for a long time, most farmers still use pesticides to kill insects. Thus, if the government authorities can subsidize the purchase of natural enemy insects, it will increase the incentive for farmers to use natural enemy insect and may reduce the usage of pesticides. In this project, based on the blockchain technology and the knowledge of natural enemy insects, the platforms of purchasing process and application for subsidy will be developed. The data of purchasing and using the natural enemy insects is recorded and ensure the non-tampered according to the blockchain technology. The farmers can use the recorded data for the application of subsidies directly. In addition, the farming processes, which are encrypted by the blockchain technology, growing data and the environmental meteorological data are used as input data to the rice growing model built by artificial intelligence technology to estimate the growing and the eating quality. The artificial intelligence technology will be integrated into the knowledge graph to strengthen the searching ability. The searching results can also be used as input data to the rice growing model to improve the accuracy of growing and eating quality predictions. Besides, to ensure the accuracy of uploaded farming data, the artificial intelligence technology is also used to improve the ability of speech recognition.
