劉志文Liu, Chih-Wen臺灣大學:電機工程學研究所劉得民Liu, De-MinDe-MinLiu2010-07-012018-07-062010-07-012018-07-062009U0001-2807200912131500http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/188052本論文提出一應用於二相交錯式電壓調整器(Two-Phase Interleaved Voltage Regulator, VR)之數位控制器,首先利用狀態空間平均法推導其小訊號模型,再以此小訊號模型為基礎,使用極零點消去法來設計補償器。控制策略採用了電壓控制模式,並且感測電感電流來完成增益規劃(Gain Scheduling)功能,建立查表,使補償器之參數可依不同負載情況做調整,以增進系統的動態響應。另外,加入了自動切相(Phase Shedding)技術,控制器可依負載情況決定操作相數,如此可改善輕載效率。設計之數位控制器經由Matlab®/Simulink®模擬,確認功能正確後,以場可規劃邏輯陣列(Field Programmable Gateway Array, FPGA)實現一輸入電壓為12V,輸出電壓為1.2V之二相交錯式電壓調整器的數位控制,實驗結果驗證了本論文之控制器設計。A digital controller for a two-phase interleaved voltage regulator is presented in this thesis. To begin, the small-signal model is derived using state-space averaging method. Based on the small-signal model, the design of the compensator is accomplished through the pole-zero cancellation method. The control scheme is set at voltage mode, and the inductor current is sensed to achieve Gain Scheduling function. A lookup table is established so the parameters of the compensator can be adjusted for different loading conditions— so that the dynamic response can be enhanced.
