2005-06-032024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/683876摘要:為使民眾瞭解經濟部水利署推動河川整治立場與大里溪第三期計畫之必要性,希望藉由電腦模擬之方式呈現,讓設計和未來成果更能接近、縮短決策過程、並增進設計工作效率。並可結合網際網路,成為與民眾互動的展示管道。 本計畫擬製作旱溪、頭汴坑溪、乾溪部分河段,依大里溪治理計畫之堤防設計方案進行立體互動式虛擬實境展示之製作,並配合淹水模式之模擬計算成果,以3D/VR的方式展現。 另外透過影片的宣導,讓民眾能了解整治工程的目標與願景,以配合整治計畫,使整個工程能在天時地利人和的狀況下,迅速而順利的推展。 <br> Abstract: In order to let the public understand the important of the third-stage Da-Li River regulation plan, this project is funded by the third River Management Office, WRA, MOEA. Though computer simulation, the 3D/VR techniques are used to display the future images more close to the real world and shorten decision time. Besides, it can combine the internet system to be a useful tool of interaction with the public. This project is focused on building 3D model in the virtual reality environment for parts of river bank in the Ha Creek、Topankung Creek and Kan Creek based on the third-stage Da-Li River regulation plan. And also presents the results of numerical simulations of flood inundation by 3D virtual reality. Through the film presentation to let the people understand the goal of third-stage Da-Li River regulation plan.
