2011-05-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/643880摘要：本計畫希望建立一個資源中心，整合臺大醫學院動物中心、藥物研究中心、初級細胞培養實驗室，來提供學界或產業界一個可以作為藥效篩選的平台。動物中心負責提供及建立疾病動物模式之動物，藥物研究中心負責以癌症、心血管疾病、代謝症候群、神經性疾病及感染症等疾病動物模式評估候選藥物藥效，最終目標是引導具前瞻性產品能順利進入臨床前試驗或轉譯醫學研究。本資源中心亦可提供諮詢及合作之服務，協助研究人員建立疾病動物模式。本計畫除提供服務外，亦包含研發項目，希望提高特殊品系保種及復育之產能，同時亦加強小動物影像分析之項目。本計畫短程目標希望藉此計畫整合與建立於人類疾病動物模式進行之藥效篩選平台，並培育相關服務之人才。確認提供服務質與量。中程目標希望本中心提供服務之收入與支出相平衡，加強研究者與產業界之產能。長程目標促進國內生技產業之研發績效，建立國內合作聯絡網路，加速科學研究進入轉譯醫學之應用。<br> Abstract: The present project is aimed to integrate the resource of the NTU Medical College Laboratory Animal Center (NTUMC-LAC), including animal models for human diseases and the animal clinic examination, the assay platforms of NTU Drug Research Center (NTU-DRC) and the primary cell culture lab to provide the services for the researchers or industry to evaluate drug efficacy in cancers, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, neurological disorders, and infection. The major goal is to conduct the development of the promising candidate products into preclinical test or translational research.
