2009-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/680966摘要：本計畫擬在充分發揮本所既有師資人員之學術專長及教學成果的基礎上，善用本校所特具的相關資源，進行學術領域之全面提昇。目標如下： 一、善用本校相關資源，藉由團隊研究及自我教學改進，為現今臺灣文學的研究與教學開啟新面向； 二、將此一研究成果推向國際，在加強國際交流的過程中引進新知新學，同時彰顯臺大以及本所在臺灣文學研究方面的特色，讓臺大臺文所成為影響、促成海外臺灣文學研究與教學的重要推手之一。 三、著重提昇教師之研究與教學的同時，並開拓研究生的國際觀，加強研究生與國際學界互動的機會。 為解決發展所面臨之問題，朝向未來願景而努力，本所擬就以下四方面研擬具體的執行策略與方式：1.增進教學品質；2.提昇研究能量；3.推動國際化；4.增購軟硬體設備。 <br> Abstract: This proposal has been drafted with the motive of fully developing the base of academic specialties and achievements in teaching already built up by teaching staff of this graduate institute, making prudent use of the University`s relevant specialized resources, and continuing to comprehensively lift the standards of this academic field. Current objectives are as follows: 1. To make prudent use of the University`s relevant resources, by encouraging team research and improving independent learning techniques, to open up new directions in the research and teaching of current literature from Taiwan; 2. Bringing the achievements of this research into the international arena and in the process of this international exchange to embrace new learning, whilst simultaneously demonstrating the distinguishing features not only of this university but also of this Graduate Institute, allowing National Taiwan University`s Graduate Institute of Taiwan Literature to exert its influence over and facilitate the teaching and research of Taiwanese Literature abroad. 3. Whilst emphasizing raising the standards of the research and teaching skills of the faculty, developing in graduate students an awareness of international perspectives, stressing the importance of opportunities for interaction with international academic circles. To resolve the problems encountered with development, so that this Institute can work hard to realize its future vision, this Institute has drafted four concrete strategies in response to these problems: 1.
