2012-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/660871摘要:本年度研究計畫將延續上一年度的研究成果探討神經痛的分子機制,特別是聚焦於背根神經節神經元的基因表達以及脊髓背角神經元的活化。上一年度已發現數個分子的表達型(phenotypes),在疼痛組與對照組有差異,今年度將以RNA干擾技術(RNAi)以調節分子的表達,並進一步評估動物之疼痛行為是否因此有所改變,以證明這些分子機制在神經痛的角色。<br> Abstract: In 2012, we will continue our exploration of molecular mechanisms in the dorsal root ganglia and dorsal horn of the spinal cord underlying neuropathic pain. We have previously identified molecular candidates of neuropathic pain in the first year of this project.
