2003-08-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/664042摘要:強氧化性電解水是指水中添加食鹽之後,經直流電壓電解作用下,在陽極所生成的陽極水;在陰極得到的水則稱為鹼性水。強氧化性電解水具有強殺菌力,可應用於食品加工上;配合強鹼性水,亦可應用於農業上。有關輸送因素如何影響強氧化性電解水之品質,至今尚無相關的研究報導。因此本計劃目的在探討輸送條件如何影響強氧化性電解水的性質,以作為製造和應用強氧化性電解水的參考依據。本計劃擬分兩階段進行。第一階段擬以兩組二重複之2x3x3階乘設計,分別探討泵浦種類、輸水管長度及水流速率對低氯濃度和高氯濃度強氧化性電解水化學品質之影響。第二階段擬以兩組二重複之2x3階乘設計,分別探討短期貯放時間及方式,對低氯濃度和高氯濃度強氧化性電解水化學品質之影響。將以統計變方分析找出主要之影響因子及其交互作用,並以回歸分析導出影響強氧化性電解水品質的數學模式。<br> Abstract: Electrolyzed oxidizing water (EOW) is generated by electrolyzing salt-added water under a direct current. EOW is produced at the anode while basic water (BW) was produced at the cathode. EOW has strong bactericidal effect and has potential applications in food processing. Accompany with BW, it can also be used in Agriculture. There was no research report on the effects of transport factors on qualities of EOW.
