2002-06-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/695157摘要:配合國內3C產業之蓬勃發展,對要輕薄短小之3C週邊設備及產品,鎂合金之質輕,常溫機械性質佳,電磁波遮蔽性及制震能性佳等優點,因而常被選用在筆記型電腦及大哥大手機之外殼上,其重要性也因這些產品需求量的增加,以及品質要求的日益嚴苛而與日俱增。這些3C產品外殼等之生產以壓鑄為主,故鑄造用AZ91便成為使用量最多之鎂合金。唯新產品之設計日新月異,就以手機外殼為例,具有折摺或抽出式之精簡型二片式外殼不斷被推出,然AZ91鎂合金之耐磨耗性卻不佳,故若不加以表面改質,則手機外殼在需折摺或抽出/入之處會因磨損而產生尺寸之改變並因而造成鬆動或搖晃,對這產品質感會造成劣化或使用上之不便,也因而AZ91鎂合金如何增加其耐磨耗性,以增加其應用範圍或使用壽命,便成為有待突破的一項技術。本計劃與國內鎂合金壓鑄大廠聯盛發科技公司合作,該公司基於業務上之需要,產品以輕薄件為主,故AZ91鎂合金之增加耐磨耗性擬以Sputtering鍍上硬膜薄膜為主,此因濺鍍可精確控制薄膜厚度及獲得高的緻密度。同時為增加硬膜與AZ91間之附著性,將以濺鍍金屬薄膜為中間緩衝層,這中間層將以熱膨脹係數之大小及其與上下層固溶性之大小為主要考量<br> Abstract: AZ91 Mg Alloys are die-casted to be 3C peripheral products, such as the frame or shell of notebook PC and cellular-phone, due to their low density, good mechanical properties at toom temperature, good EMI resistance and good damping capacity. Thus, the tonnage of Mg-made products still increases recently and AZ91 Mg alloy becomes one of the most important industrial alloys in Taiwan. In order to reduce the weight and for the compactness, some new styles of cellular-phone shell are designed to be two pieces which can be folded (the foldaway style) or pulled-out easily. However, at the locations of folding axis or sliding ways of these cellular-phone shells, they are often slides each other and the material at the surface can be worn away. Therefore, the key locations of folding axis or sliding ways will lose their accuration in dimension due to the Mg alloys have quite low hardness and wear resistance intrinsically. In order to improve this shortage of AZ91, we aim to use the r.f.-sputtered hard coating, such as CrN, TiN, TiC, TiAlN, AlN etc. on the AZ91. At the same time, intermediate layer(s) of Cr, Ti, Al, Ni etc. will also be sputtered on the substrate before the hard coating for the improvement of bonding force between hard coating and AZ91 substrate. The chosen intermediate layer(s) will be considered by its thermal expansion coefficient and its solubility in the hard coating/substrate. Scratch test, wear test and others will be used to evaluate the performance of these composite thin films, especially the wear resistance property.
