2015-01-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/664783摘要:基於氣候變遷與糧食安全考量,在地生產小麥之重要性提升,本計畫結合水稻與小麥生產之稻麥輪作系統,並且藉由生命週期評估技術進一步探討稻麥輪作系統所產生的環境效應。前期研究已對一年三作”稻-稻-麥”進行栽培調查,因此本年度將進一步對稻麥輪作系統栽培方式進行修正,綜合評估”稻-綠肥-麥”與”稻-稻-麥”系統之環境效應與栽培方法差異之關係。本年度將整合分析103年與104年之結果,建立環境衝擊評估平台,發展兼具產量、品質與環境親和之稻麥輪作栽培方式,以提供未來發展台灣稻麥輪作優良農業操作規範之依據。<br> Abstract: Based on the awareness of climate change and food security, crop production is an important issue for every country. Because the consumption of wheat increases year by year in Taiwan, developing a local wheat production system is a crucial target. This 3-year project intends to integrate wheat production into traditional rice production system, and demonstrate the environmental impact of rice-wheat rotation system by the tool of life cycle assessment. We had already investigated “rice-rice-wheat” production system in 2013. This year we will also focus on “rice-manure-wheat” rotation system, modify the farming practice of rice-wheat rotation system and then evaluate the differential relationship between production system and farming practice. Also, this year will be the last year of this 3-year project, the result of 2014 and 2015 will be integrated into the innovative environmental impact assessment platform.
