2010-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/684916摘要：GTAP(Global Trade Analysis Project)資料庫及其模型的應用相當廣泛，尤其是在WTO相關議題的談判，其中政府的農業保護及農業補貼資料處理方式影響模擬結果至鉅。目前GTAP第七版資料庫剛剛公布，有必要就GTAP第七版資料庫之農業保護資料相關數據加以整理，就GTAP資料庫與國際農業保護現況加以比較，探討GTAP資料庫未來在WTO補貼議題上的應用，並就GTAP資料庫台灣農業補貼資料之加以檢討。本研究將針對GTAP相關應用及資料庫演進、 GTAP資料庫於農業補貼資料之處理方式、以及現行國際農業保護及補貼概況進行分析與比較，並就GTAP資料庫台灣農業補貼資料之加以檢討，以利未來在WTO談判補貼議題上的應用與分析。<br> Abstract: The Global Trade Analysis Project (GTAP) database has been widely applied in WTO negotiations. The agricultural subsidy data in GTAP has had significant influences on the policy simulation outcome. The most recent release of version 7 has many new features which should be analyzed for future application on WTO negotiations. The purpose of this study is to analyze the data compilation procedures of agricultural subsidies. Cross-country comparisons on the existing protection level will also be conducted.
