2023-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/660982傳統農機使用柴油、汽油引擎,排放廢氣、廢熱、噪音與震動大。隨著永續概念興起、淨零碳排國家政策的推動,農機電動化有其必要性。發展電動農機共通電池能夠減少了重複開發,使用共通的充電作法、可以專注於各自的開發。隨著電池技術的進展,引入新的科技,提升續航與安全性。充放電管理系統提供了可用電量、電池壽命的預測,使電池在適當的條件下運作,延長電池壽命。田間充電方便農民充電與交換電池,減少負重也增加使用續航力。充電站具有永續概念,使用太陽能以進一步達到碳排的減少。使用先進的充電技術,增加蓄電量、延長電池壽命。本計畫在於研發電動農機共通電池,發展適用於農業場域的充放電管理系統以預估使用時間、延長電池壽命,建置具有智慧連網功能與永續概念的充電站,以及方便的換電機構。 Traditional agricultural machinery uses diesel or gasoline engines which exhaust air and thermal pollution and generate vibration and noise. With the sustainable goals and net-zero policy, the electrification of agricultural machinery is necessary. Developing general specifications for batteries used in electrical agricultural machinery reduces proprietary standards and the developing cost. Identical charging specifications become feasible. Novel technologies will be reviewed and included in the general specifications. A battery management system will be developed to ensure the batteries operating in suitable conditions to prolong the lifetime, and display the SOC and SOH. The project`s goals include deciding the general specifications of batteries, BMS to prolong battery lifetime, and display SOC and SOH.
