2017-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/688967摘要：計畫主持人目前已擔任Applied Physics Letters副主編以及中華民國物理學會理事長，利用目前之國際網絡優勢，從國際重要期刊的地位與中華民國物理學會理事長參與國際物理組織兩方面的管道，提高台灣在應用物理研究領域於國際社群的能見度與影響力，並積極具體加強帶動國內學者國際關鍵期刊（Applied Physics Letters）應用物理方面的發表與相關學術編輯職位的參與等目標。在另一方面，計畫主持人目前也是世界級的物理國際組織「國際純粹與應用物理學聯合會」(The International Union of Pure and Applied Physics (IUPAP)) C13「物理發展委員會」(Commission C13 Physics for Development)之成員，除了具有中華民國物理學會理事長之身份可以藉此在此委員扮演促進國內在應用物理研究發展方面的國際交流，並可代表國內積極協助/參與組織相關國際會議，以及研究物理學相關規範及標準，並鼓勵各國科學家之間的交流以及促進相關研究和教育。重要的是，配合國際物理應用物理期刊(APL)的副主編的經驗，對於國際學術的參與更有學術上參與的莫大助益。<br> Abstract: The PI has served as Associate Editor of Applied Physics Letters and the President of The Physical Society of the Republics of China (PSROC Taiwan). With enhanced advantages in the international academic network through both channels of the academic position as Associate Editor of Applied Physics Letters and the leadership in the local physical community in Taiwan, the PI will actively promote/increase the activities and participation of local scientists into international organizations/communities, and improve visibility and influence of Taiwanese scientists in the international community as well as in international major academic journals. On the other hand, the PI is also currently serving as member of C13 Commission Physics for Development of “The International Union of Pure and Applied Physics” (IUPAP), which is the most important/official international organization in international physical communities over the world. As President of the PSROC Taiwan, The PI can take this play to promote domestic and international exchange, and actively assist the representatives of domestic organizations involved in international conferences, relevant norms, standards and educations.
