孫志鴻Sun, Chih-Hong臺灣大學:地理環境資源學研究所周國祥Chou, Kuo-HsiangKuo-HsiangChou2010-05-052018-06-282010-05-052018-06-282009U0001-0907200912504700http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/179730我國消防單位每年執行緊急救護出勤次數，自1997年至2007年成長136.30%，已是消防單位最為重要的緊急出勤任務，顯示民眾對於緊急救護之需求日益提高，而救護人車抵達現場的時間是影響傷患預後重要的因素。消防分隊位址與其服務範圍設定，關係行車距離，直接影響到緊急救護之反應時間（Response Time）。為瞭解緊急救護車輛實際行駛速度及服務範圍狀況，本研究以2007年全年台北縣政府消防局救災救護指揮中心105,265件救護案件進行分析，標定案件點位，就行車距離及速度進行分析，求取實際之行車速度，加以檢視各分隊服務範圍狀況及取得車速迴歸分析結果，可提供消防機關緊急救護施政之參考。According to the statistics from 1997 to 2007, the growth of Emergency Medical Service (EMS), hitting 136.30%, predominately dominates the service duties of fire agency and clearly reflects the increasing demands by the general public. Referring to effectiveness and efficiency of MES, the arrival time and response time are the most crucial elements for saving the injured or in-need people. Service coverage of a specific fire station related to driving distance to the sites has a direct influence on the Response Time of EMS. For understanding the driving velocity of ambulance and coverage of EMS, 105,265 cases reported to Commanding Center of Taipei County EMS in 2007 have been reviewed and identified by locations through the GIS system. By achieving so, the study of driving velocity could be analyzed by actual distance and response time.
