2008-08-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/696809摘要:本研究包含總體與個體的健康環境二大部分,總體環境健康部分以行政院衛生署國民健康局資料庫之「國民健康訪問調查」的個人健康行為中運動及自覺健康狀態(SF-36)為健康指標,對應村里單位之公園綠地景觀生態結構作為自然環境指標,探討居住於不同環境的居民是否有不同的活動體驗及健康狀態。 個體健康部分,則由生心理層面討論自然環境及活動類型對於壓力造成之生理心理疲乏狀態之恢復效益。環境因子包含都市及鄉村的自然環境;活動因子則為不同遊憩活動,透過活動量的區分討論其恢復心理壓力疲勞以及生理機能之效益。 研究第一年總體健康部分與個體健康部分同時進行,收集公園綠地面積資料,配合國健局資料庫及健保資料進行比對,以瞭解生活環境的自然度是否會影響國民的活動及健康狀態。接著在個體實證部分則進行研究工具量表— 休閒環境健康量表(Healthy Environment Benefits Scale, HEBS) 的發展。第二年以休閒環境健康量表配合相關子計畫進行城鄉綠地使用者活動體驗與個體健康效益調查,同時橫向分析其他子計畫基地之環境資訊,以進一步探討各子計畫中環境對健康之影響。第三年繼續調查子計畫中的環境資訊與其健康資料進行整合分析,最後以加入專家學者訪談意見進行探討,發展現代都市民眾之健康恢復效益策略。<br> Abstract: This study includes the macro aspect and micro aspect of the healthy environment. The macro aspect study will adopt the data of personal healthy behavior and self health perception items (SF-36) in the National Health Interview Survey Information System, by the Bureau of Health Promotion, Department of Health of Taiwan. The correspondent landscape ecological structure of parks and green spaces in the village scale are adopted as the indicators of the environment. The healthy indicators and the environmental indicators are compared to depict their relationships. For the micro aspect, this study will discuss the effect of the natural environment and the activities on releasing the psychological l fatigue and physiological stress. The natural environments include the urban and the rural environments. The activities are categories by the energy consuming level of their exercise. The study of the first year will process both macro and micro aspects. The indicators from the parks and green spaces, and the data items from the National Health Interview Survey Information System will be collected and compared. A Healthy Environment Benefits Scale, (HEBS) as the measuring tool will be developed at this stage. The second year of this study will adopt the LHBS to test on different naturalness settings with different activities to realize respondents’ healthy effects. Simultaneously, the environmental information of the related sub-projects will be analyzed and compared with the healthy data collected. The third year of this study will continuously investigate the environmental information of the sub-projects.
