2007-08-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/679257摘要：本計劃沿續筆者所撰《復仇觀的省察與詮釋─以春秋三傳為中心》一文及目前正執行中的〈漢代以降復仇觀的省察與詮釋〉研究計劃，針對復仇觀在歷朝各代的沿革流變中，鎖定宋元明三朝為討論中心。其主要內容約可分為以下八項： （1）搜羅、整理宋元明三代經學家在《周禮》、《禮記》、《春秋》「三傳」等經傳注疏中對復仇相關議題的意見，並比較其異同； （2）搜羅、整理宋元明三代子書對復仇的記載與評論，進而了解各家／異代學者對復仇現象的詮釋與闡發、觀點與評價，進而析論其復仇觀的異同； （3）搜羅、整理宋元明三代正史中對復仇事&#36857;的記載與評論，比較不同史料記載的差異，並討論其成因以及不同史官對復仇觀的評價； （4）搜羅、整理宋元明三代律法對復仇行為的規範概況，並比較其間的差異； （5）搜羅、整理宋元明三代文集中對復仇的記載與評論，比較不同作者／不同時代的觀念差異； （6）搜羅、整理各筆記、小說、話本等俗文學材料中與復仇相關的材料，比較其與經史等官方觀點之異同； （7）相對於上述歷時性的考察，再搜羅、整理方志中的復仇材料，以探索其是否有地域上的差異； （8）搜羅、整理宋元明三代文本中，女子在復仇行動中所扮演的角色，及官方／社會對女子復仇行為的態度與評價的差異。此一比較在唐以後禮法之爭逐漸向法靠攏的過程中，原本被寬赦的女子復仇將會被如何看待／處理，尤堪玩味； 透過以上八個層面的探索與論析，本計劃期能對宋元明三代的復仇觀有精確、詳盡的理解，並結合之前的研究成果，持續完成復仇觀自先秦以降的考察與詮釋。 <br> Abstract: This project continues my previous paper, “Traditional Chinese Views on Revenge: An Analytical Interpretation Centered on the Chunqiu sanzhuan”, and the current research project, “Traditional Chinese Views on Revenge: An Analytical Interpretation since Han Dynasty”, attempting to investigate the changes and variations of those views. The project will focus on Song-Yuan- Ming dynasties and contain eight facets: 1. Collect and analyze the comments by classics scholars on revenge in their commentaries on The Annals of Spring and Autumn, The Book of Rituals, and The Rituals of Zhou, as well as compare their differences. 2. Collect and analyze the records and comments on revenge in the books of zhuzi (scholars), by which to understand their various explanations, interpretations and evaluations of the phenomenon of revenge, and analyze their differences. 3. Collect and analyze the records and comments on revenge in official history writings, if they differ, discuss the reason for differences and also the diverse value judgments of historians toward the views on revenge. 4. Collect and analyze the regulations on the act of revenge in laws, with a comparative point of view. 5. Collect and analyze the records and comments on revenge in personal writings, and compare the diverse concepts of each authors and dynasties. 6. Collect and analyze relating materials in popular literatures such as novel, story-telling script, and compare them with official views recorded in authoritative classics and history writings. 7. In contrast to temporal investigations mentioned above, explore the possibly regional differences on the basis of fangzhi (local history writing). 8. Collect and analyze materials about the roles of women in the act of revenge, and investigate the official/social attitudes and evaluations toward them. The comparison of changing attitudes will be significant, because the application of law, rather than ritual, gained its advantage since Tang dynasty, which changed the way women are charged, instead of being pardoned as before. Through the investigation and analysis of these eight facets, this project is expected to present an accurate and comprehensive understanding of the views on revenge in Song-Yuan-Ming dynasties, and with the combination of former researches, continue the interpretation and analysis of the views on revenge since pre-Qin China.復仇復仇觀宋元明清RevengeViews on RevengeSongYuanMingQing
