Increase in education budget is a common policy adopted by many countries. The survey by Hanushek (2003) on eduction quality studies concludes, however, that if the education system lacks incentive scheme, increase in budget would have little effect on quality. This study will compare Taiwan's eduction budget per student of public and private schools to explore the effects of incentive scheme on education quality. The result should be helpful in the designing of Taiwan's eduction policy.公營學校誘因機制public schoolincentive scheme經費投入與品質: 台灣公民營學校之比較分析
