2012-08-042024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/684192摘要:由於全球氣候暖化造成降雨強度和頻率的改變,臺灣近年水資源供需問題日趨嚴峻,人工增雨作業的進行,成為乾旱防救措施必須考慮的一環。近年水利署已完成若干人工增雨基礎與應用研究,除顯示暖雲種雲的方式可以在國內推廣之外,亦研發出完整之作業流程。本團隊在2011年9月至2012年7月期間,即引用研究成果,協助水利署進行地面暖雲人工增雨作業。 本年度將在已建立之人工增雨作業流程上,持續協助水利署執行地面暖雲種雲作業,包括:天氣守視和研判、啟動人工增雨決策、通報聯繫以及種雲後的水文資訊彙整等;另將規劃設計一與正常作業區隔之客觀隨機種雲實驗,透過預先製作的年度隨機種雲作業日曆之篩選,觀察燄劑施放與否影響降雨結果的差異性,以累積未來統計分析所需之有效個案數;此外,研發測試遠端遙控增雨器、於有需要時協助修訂「人工增雨標準作業程序」、購置隨機種雲及遠端遙控增雨器測試所需之暖雲燄劑,以及維護更新旱災服務網資訊平台等,亦將是計畫工作的重點。 綜合言之,本計畫在已建立之基礎上,繼續提供水利署各項氣象專業及行政服務,確保人工增雨常態作業順利,同時從事隨機種雲,為未來進行統計分析累積量有效個案數量,另持續開發測試遠端遙控增雨器,以強化增雨效能。 <br> Abstract: In this one-year project, service team will keep advancing warm-cloud seeding operation for the Water Resources Agency (WRA). The established procedures including routine weather condition watching, cloud seeding strategy designing, works coordinating, and meteorological data collecting and results evaluating, will be conducted in each cloud seeding cycle. Randomized seeding trials designed for quantitative evaluation of seeding results, will be held at the Shihmen reservoir. The remote ground-based cloud seeding controller, which was originally designed by cloud seeding development team, will be refined in two months and operationally examined during the period of randomized seeding trials. Moreover, the purchase of 50 sets of imported ICE seeding flares, counseling with other governmental departments about technical assistances, dealing with administrative affairs of artificial rainfall enhancement, and maintenance of drought web page are all covered in this project.種雲人工增雨cloud seedingrainfall enhancement101年人工增雨服務團計畫
