2014-11-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/690871摘要:由於世界各國對於火力發電的依賴性仍然相當高,燃煤電廠之汞排放議題一直以來備受大眾關注。活性碳是一種相當優良的吸附劑,當氣相或液相中污染物與活性碳接觸時,就會被活性碳吸附而達到去除污染物的效果。在許多研究中已證實,活性碳若使用粉狀硫、多硫化物溶液、含硫氣體、硫酸鹽/硝酸鹽類、鹵素及其金屬鹽類等含浸或熱處理後,其吸附汞之能力將會顯著地增加。雖然濕式煙氣脫硫 (WFGD) 被證實可有效的應用於去除煙道中之酸性氣體及二價汞,但卻面臨著汞再還原逸散及含汞廢水放流/廢棄物處置適切性等問題。本研究計畫目的在於測試含硫活性碳對於WFGD脫硫廢水之液相汞的去除效能,主要利用較適條件下開發之硫含浸活性碳吸附模擬真實脫硫廢水中的液相汞,觀察其吸附動力、平衡行為,熱力學參數,及各項FGD操作參數對汞去除之影響程度,包括氣液比、硫酸鹽/亞硫酸鹽含量、活性碳種類與施用量,曝氣量等影響汞吸附/氧化/再還原之程度,以緩解目前產業界使用者當企圖增強其WFGD對液相汞之去除能力時,所可能面臨的再還原與後續處理問題。本研究呼應水俣公約與已到來之最新國內電力業排放修正草案,未來環保署亦可參考本研究所得結果,制定更可行的排放管制法規,有利空氣污染整體改善。<br> Abstract: Because thermal power generation is still highly used globally, mercury (Hg) emissions from coal-fired power plants (CFPPs) have been of greatest concerns to publics. Activated carbon (AC) is highly effective in adsorption of gaseous and aqueous pollutants. Many studies have confirmed that Hg adsorption with AC could be largely enhanced via impregnation with powder sulfur, liquid sulfide, sulfur-containing gas, sulfate/nitrate, halogen, or metal compounds. Wet flue gas desulfurization (WFGD) is shown to simultaneously remove acidic gases and Hg2+; however, some key problems are found in Hg removal, including that (1) Hg reduction causing reemission of Hg, and (2) discharge/discard of Hg-containing wastewater/wastes to environment. The proposed project aims to remove Hg2+ from WFGD wastewater by sulfur-impregnated ACs. The adsorption kinetics, equilibrium, and corresponding thermodynamic parameters are observed and obtained. The influencing factors discussed here include gas/liquid ratio of WFGD, sulfate/sulfite content, AC types and dosage amounts, and aeration rate. The results of this study could echo the content of “Minamata Convention on Mercury in 2013” and the upcoming regulation of Hg emission for CFPPs proposed by Taiwan Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
