陳俊雄臺灣大學:電信工程學研究所翁瑋廷Weng, Wei-TinWei-TinWeng2007-11-272018-07-052007-11-272018-07-052005http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/58749本論文主要以四分之一波長共振器架構來實現超寬頻第一模態帶通濾波器,以此架構實現濾波器會在奇數倍頻產生倍頻響應,在本論文中也有介紹如何壓抑倍頻響應,並且有其模擬和量測結果之比較。 此外,本論文採用最佳化分散式帶通濾波器架構來實現超寬頻帶通濾波器,此架構之缺點是電路面積太大,在本論文裡也有介紹如何以彎曲折線的方式來縮小其電路面積,且將金屬連通柱數目由六個減少到三個。In this thesis, the quarter-wavelength resonator structures are used to realize the first mode of ultra-wideband (UWB) bandpass filters. Since these filters are constructed by quarter-wavelength resonators, spurious responses occur at odd-multiples of fundamental frequency. To suppress the spurious responses, the stepped impedance resonators are employed in the filter design. Besides, the optimal distributed structures are used to realize the UWB bandpass filters. Though these structures can realize the wideband bandpass filters, they have the drawback of large size. In this study, several methods based on meander-line structures are proposed to reduce the circuit size.
