2017-07-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/651485摘要:在不降低環境品質與維持食品安全(food safety)的前提下,同時能因應氣候變遷與極端天氣,並永續地滿足成長人口的糧食供給 (food security)是次世代農業的關鍵挑戰。透過物聯網(IoT)與精準農業技術縮短區域間產量差異(Closing the cap)是因應此挑戰的新興策略,但唯有同時整合環境與生態永續,搭配透明高效的銷售鏈,才能完整的呼應此世紀課題。本研究整合先端感測技術、非破壞檢測技術、農業物聯網、大數據分析、優化理論、智慧環控技術、智慧節能省水系統,智慧數據學習預測及區塊鏈建置前瞻智慧農業(foresight intelligent farming)原型(prototype),以網紋洋香瓜及小果番茄為前期栽培作物,建立整合智慧作物栽培技術,以期增加作物栽培量與提升作物品質,而所獲得之作物栽培相關作物參數組合,可達到整合智慧栽培農場技術產出與輸出。此外,本計畫目標與願景十分契合農委會科技研發施政項目「智慧農業4.0領航產業共通技術之研發」,當本計畫通過審查並獲得初期成果後,將積極爭取107年度相關合作經費之挹注,擴大推廣與農民實務技術提升。並結合科技部創業激勵輔導計畫,轉移本計畫年輕學生及研究員進行創業。同時與德國、日本、韓國進行跨國交流進前瞻栽培技術產業全球布局,以發揮生物資源暨農學院之全球領先地位。<br> Abstract: Integrated platform of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Blockchain is highlighted in future intelligent farming. In this project, we use Netted Muskmelon and cherry tomato as model plants to establish a platform to connect environmental monitoring system with optimal dynamic management of agricultural big data to further predict the effects of crops, and under the intelligently control of environment to improve the quality and production. In combination with Blockchain, all the information data stored in distributed nodes allow us to engineer trust and secure sustainable agricultural development with transparent data and ICT. An ICT e-agricultural systems with a blockchain infrastructure prototype can ensure immutability of this data and provide a way to spatially and temporally trace current agricultural data as agricultural products move from their production sources to the consumers.
