2011-01-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/663494摘要:東方果實蠅(Oriental fruit fly, Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendel))為臺灣主要果樹害蟲之一。由於其危害水果達八十餘種,國內、外持續從事東方果實蠅的生物特性、危害情形與族群分布偵測、誘殺劑運用與蟲害控制管理等研究。去年度本團隊已經發展出多區域整合運作特性、資料自動化收集、自動預警功能之WSN-GSM有害生物及環境資訊監測網系統。 本年度將針對以下三大目標進行研究開發(1)WSN-GSM區域監測網之軟硬體設備進行調整與修正;(2)進行WSN-GSM區域監測網之維護、調查與驗證;(3)東方果實蠅WSN-GSM區域監測網即時預警系統之建置與發生分析。本年度將針對不同監測佈建區域之軟硬體系統進行微調與修正,並修正相關人機操作介面讓使用者更易於操作,並將提供相關數據分析模式以利資料彙整處理。此外,本年度亦將結合過去的監測資料與佈建區域的田間調查資料,探討及分析感測區域內蟲數密度分布問題,並與不同類型的誘殺裝置進行對照分析。最後,針對本計畫之大量感測資料將設計長期資料庫管理分析方法,並將結合後端主控平台與地理圖資系統,開發東方果實蠅族群密度分析模式與預警機制雛型系統。 <br> Abstract: The oriental fruit fly (Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendel)) is one of the major pests in Taiwan which infests more than 80 different fruits, and some of them are economically important. Numerous pest control methods, including physical and chemical ones, have been developed for years. In last year, our research team has developed a WSN-GSM (wireless sensor network-global mobile communication system) regional monitoring network equipped with automatic data collection, automatic alerting, and multi-area parallel operation functions. This project will focus on three objectives: (1) improvements of the software and hardware of the WSN-GSM regional monitoring networks; (2) maintenance, investigation, and validation of the WSN-GSM regional monitoring networks; (3) establishment of the real-time monitoring system of the WSN-GSM regional monitoring networks and outbreak analyses of population on orient fruit fly populations. Our research team will adjust and modify the software and hardware of the WSN-GSM monitoring networks for different deployment areas. In addition to the improvements in the hardware and software, we will modify the human machine interface in the monitoring system to improve of the system operation and design a data analysis method for the monitoring data. Moreover, the researchers will analyze the pest density distribution in the sensing areas by comparing the automatic monitoring data with the manual investigation data. We will also make a comparison in the captured pest counts when using different attracted mechanisms. Finally, a method used to manage the database and analyze a large quantity of sensing data will be developed.
