2017-12-302024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/651596摘要:台中大部分地區的地層屬於卵礫石層,由於連續壁、板樁等擋土工法難以於此類地層施作,因此當地下開挖時,大多採用以人工開挖的人工擋土柱工法。此工法需仰賴人工於深達地下10-20公尺的狹窄空間進行施工,若側壁防護或安全措施不夠完善,容易導致工安意外發生。 本研究目的即針對台中卵礫石地層之分布與工程性質進行調查與分析,利用所收集的地層資料,將發展人工擋土柱之側壁護圈配置並評估其安全性,以期改善實務上人工擋土柱開挖施工之安全。研究內容包括蒐集與分析過去擋土柱職災案例,調查現今擋土柱之施工方式,探討施工安全問題並提出改善對策,根據卵礫石地層工程性質資料提出人工擋土柱側壁護圈配置之設計方法與建議,最後統整出一套人工擋土柱施工流程,並編撰成施工安全指引。 <br> Abstract: The pebble and gravel strata prevails in most Taichung area. Because diaphragm wall, sheet pile and other earth retaining systems are unsuitable in such stratum, hand-dug pile wall, an unique ratianing wall system, is often used in the pebble and gravel strata. As this retaining system requires labors to work in a narrow space under 10-20 meters deep ground, accidents could happen if the sidewall protection or security measures are not implemented properly and carefully. The purpose of this study is to compile and analyze the engineering properties of the pebble and gravel strata in Taichung area, and to develope a sidewall protection method and to evaluate its safety and stability. The outcome of this research is expected to improve the saftety when construting hand-dug pile walls. The research tasks include the collection and analysis of the past occupational accidents when constructing hand-dug pile walls, investigation of the current construction methods for the hand-dug pile wall, and discussion of the construction safety problems and the improvement measures. Based on the compiled subsurface information, specifically for the engineering properties of the pebble and gravel strata, a sidewall protection measure using concrete lining in the excavated opening will be developed.
