2018-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/661655摘要:甘藍於不同生長階段給予不同程度之乾旱處理或不同灌溉量,測定介質體積含水量(volumetric water content)、相對葉綠素計讀質 (SPAD-502 value)、葉綠素螢光Fv/Fm等非破壞性指標,以及抗氧化酵素活性之破壞性生理指標,了解甘藍缺水生理,並根據產量及品質,歸納出適合反映作物需水情形之指標、最佳灌溉時機及最低灌溉量,期能在不影響產量及商品價值下,節省15%水資源消耗。<br> Abstract: This project will investigate the volumetric water contents and water potentials of substrate, SPAD-502 value, Fv/Fm and activities of antioxidative enzymes in leaves, and yield of cabbage at different growth stages under different water status. According to these data and yield, suitable physiological parameter and substrate volumetric water content will be selected as the index for high efficient irrigation. Optimal stage and water amount of irrigation for cabbage with acceptable yield and quality will also be concluded.
