2017-08-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/702449摘要：為了收集並保存國內海洋研究調查成果，行政院科技部自然科學及永續研究發展司(原行政院國家科學委員會自然科學發展處)海洋學門(以下簡稱海洋學門)自1986年以來委由國立臺灣大學海洋研究所以服務型研究計畫方式，協助建立、運作與維護「海洋學門資料庫」，歷經近三十年來的發展，「海洋學門資料庫」已成長到具有五萬多個水文測站資料、超過五百一十六萬個測點的流速剖面資料、約七千兩百萬筆(測線長度高達一百八十六萬公里以上)水深資料、約八萬七千筆海洋浮游生物出現紀錄統計資料、並涵括外籍研究船國際合作探測資料、衛星遙測與數值模式資料及EK聲納剖面資料，成為一個包含了海洋物理、海洋地質地物、海洋生物、海洋化學、與國際研究合作等多面向的整合型海洋科學資料庫與知識服務中心。 「海洋學門資料庫」主要任務為發展有效率的資料保存、資料倉儲與資料加值服務，並利用最新之資訊科技，如：分散式資料庫系統、整合型資料查詢與檢索與大數據分析等技術，提供單一窗口式的資料查詢與檢索服務。本年度計劃除在海洋物理、海洋地質地物、海洋生物、海洋化學、與國際研究合作等各領域持續精進資料品質管理與分析流程，應用分散式資料庫技術強化資料相互可操作性外，也將強化資料保安技術確認資料儲存的安全性，並持續開發、研究與探索海洋科學資料新應用，產出更多實用的加值產品。 <br> Abstract: To collect and curate data resulted from oceanographic research in Taiwan, the Ocean Data Bank (ODB) was founded by National Science Council (NSC, renamed on 2014/3/3 to the Ministry of Science and Technology, MOST) of Taiwan since 1986 and operated by the Institute of Oceanography, National Taiwan University (IONTU). Over the past three decades. ODB has grown into an integrated and interdisciplinary oceanographic database as well as a knowledge service center for research in Physical Oceanography, Marine Geology & Geophysics, Biological Oceanography, Chemical Oceanography and International collaboration. The main objective of ODB is to develop effective data archiving, data warehouse and value-added services, and providing an one-stop service of information searching, retrieving, and consulting by using up-to-date information technologies such as distributed database system, integrated information searching and retrieving, and big data analytics. This project aims to develop and refine current functionalities and services on physical, geophysical, and biological oceanographic information. On the basis of established distributed database systems, provided data services and cyberinfrastructure, this year we will enhance “Data Security” and “metadata interoperability” technology to ensure Data integrity and investigate new technologies to examine and evaluate the potential and feasibility as a new application, service or value-added product in ODB.分散式資料庫技術大數據分析整合型資料分析Distributed databaseBig data analyticsIntegrated data analysis
