2019-01-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/700675摘要：作為東亞儒學的重要傳播國之一的日本，在近世的江戶期，儒家知識分子為了「慎終追遠」並實踐儒教的喪祭禮儀，一般均秉持拒斥佛教儀式的立場，並且激烈地批判火葬，視其為佛教影響下的產物。然而，隨著佛教儀式在民間的普及，儒家知識分子對佛教不再採取激烈對抗的立場，而逐漸轉向如何不與執行檀越喪祭儀式的菩提寺發生衝突，並且能夠順利地遂行儒教禮儀的目標努力。此外，近世日本的神道家一開始參考儒教喪祭禮儀以對抗佛教儀式，但是為了建立自身的主體性，逐漸擺脫儒教禮儀的色彩，並發展出獨特的神道喪祭禮儀。 　　本計畫以如上背景與過去對近世日本儒教禮儀的研究成果為基礎，擬探討儒禮如何與佛教及神道儀式之間發生交涉並且演變的情形，例如：知識分子在實施禮儀的時候是否受到佛教的影響、甚至有採納佛教部分禮儀規範的情形？儒教禮儀如何因應日本社會受到佛教諸多影響的習俗並在社會上具體地落實？神道喪祭禮一方面在採用儒教禮儀的同時，如何逐步擺脫儒禮的色彩而建構出自己獨特的禮儀規範？ 　　再者，近來日本學界在《家禮》文獻的整理翻刻（例如：吾妻重二《家禮文獻集成　日本篇》1～7，大阪：關西大學出版部，2010-2018年）以及近世大名葬制的考古學研究（例如：松原典明《近世大名葬制&#12398;基礎的研究》，東京：雄山閣，2018年）方面均有厚實的研究成果問世。本計畫將以這些研究為基礎，從東亞儒學經典與文化的視野進一步探討近世日本好學大名的儒禮實踐以及儒者禮學著作的具體內涵。 <br> Abstract: The Negotiation and Evolution of Confucian Rituals and that of Buddhism and Shinto in Early Modern Japan 　　Until now there are a lot of books and studies about Japanese rituals which are concentrated in the field of folklore. However, most of them focus on the internal of rituals and lack the perspective from "external" to observe. If we import the point of view of media history into this study, it is due for perspective of the rituals external to observe. The ritulas which originally seem to be no relationship between the content of different religious backgrounds will get organic links, and placed in the larger context of the intellectual and cultural history to examine . 　　Based on the above background and past research results on Confucian rituals in early modern Japan, this project intends to explore how Confucianism interacts with and evolves between Buddhism and Shinto rituals, such as whether intellectuals had any influence on the rituals of Buddhism. For example, how did Confucian rituals conform to the customs which significantly influenced by Buddhism, and implement Confucian rituals in Japanese society?
