2004-01-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/664713摘要:菊花是台灣重要之經濟花卉,行週年切花生產,11-3月切花外銷日本。秋冬種植所需插穗約1-2億株,但母株在夏季高溫、高光及多雨環境下,其插穗生產品質不佳,可以中海拔生產母株方式提供優良插穗,但適合之品種有待篩選。台灣目前以穴盤育苗或砂床裸根苗等方式育苗,但其生長與品質未有比較研究。低溫貯藏在歐美視為插穗生產的一環,除可調節插穗供應時期外,尚可透過冷藏過程改變插穗的品質條件。但適合冷藏之品種與反應有待研究。本計劃目標即針對上述問題,於台大園藝系、台大山地實驗農場春陽分場為主,與台中改良場合作進行不同多花型菊花品種優良插穗生產技術之研究。<br> Abstract: Chrysanthemum is one of the most important cut flowers in Taiwan. Year-round production is feasible with peak export to Japan from Nov to March. However, high temperature and irradiance conditions result in poor cutting and cut flower production. Cool storage of cuttings is considered as a standard procedure for cutting production in US and Europe, while the infornation on optimum cool temperature and/or duration for storage is presently limited. The proposal is to determine the following items in NTU, Chun-Yang, and TAIS: 1.phenotypes' response to cool storage 2.optimum cool storage treatments 3. relationships between carbohydrate changes and rooting performance after cool storage 4. to compare the cuttings growth by plug or bare root.菊花插穗低溫貯藏chrysanthemumcuttingcoole storage多花型菊花優良插穗之生產(四)
