2007-06-232024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/655185摘要:吾等在智慧型理論於水庫操作之研究上投入許多心力,並有諸多成果分別發表於國內外著名期刊,過去針對石門水庫,利用模糊規劃理論訂定符合水庫操作之目標函數,並透過優選方法搜尋整年度各時期水庫最佳之蓄水歷程,以滿足下游需水量使缺水情況減至最小。由水庫各時期蓄水量可推求下游供水總量,惟如何依據農業與公共用水量,研議枯水或豐水時期的操作策略,則無進一步地探討。水庫用水調度對於枯水時期而言相對地極為重要,農業用水量的調配將影響整體的用水情形,本研究將蒐集石門水庫配水用水資料,利用過去研究所採用之模糊規劃理論與混合式遺傳退火演算法,擬定適切的水庫操作模式並尋求最佳的配水方式,以研議枯水期的水庫操作與水量調度策略,在缺水情勢與經濟效益的考量下,達最佳的營運策略。<br> Abstract: The constant population growth and the dramatic economic development have resulted in a tremendous demand for natural resources, especially water. Reservoirs have become the most important and effective human-made water storage facilities for distributing water among different users in Taiwan. Therefore, in order to ensure the sustainable use and management of water resource, we had used the fuzzy programming theorem to devise a suitable reservoir operation model in the project. The optimization approach was applied to search the best solution for the fuzzy programming model, and to make the optimizing strategy of reservoir operation.
