2010-01-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/664867摘要：「數位典藏國家型科技計畫」自民國91年起執行，將國家珍貴的典藏，包括文物、標本、文獻資料等加以數位化，迄今已累積豐碩成果，整體典藏可分為16類主題，總計約建置超過200萬筆文物典藏資料。民國96年開始，數位典藏國家型科技計畫進入第二期的研究時程，97年更與數位學習合併，整合為「數位典藏與數位學習國家型科技計畫」，以提供更完整且更多元的數位化資料。為了讓國外人士也能使用這些豐富的資料，「典藏目錄與內容多語化計畫」擬以五年時間，逐步將數位典藏聯合目錄及典藏計畫成果，以多語化的方式呈現，提供多語介面與內容，以擴大使用層面，提升臺灣典藏和學術資料於國際社會之能見度。 本計畫99年度則依據前三年的研究成果，持續進行典藏精品與目錄進行多語化的翻譯，並以提升多語化數位典藏資源之深度及廣度為目標，並促進典藏成果資源的國際合作。99年度會針對數位典藏的成果資源進行調查與整理，除了建置數位典藏的成果資源網站清單之外，並積極建置數位典藏雙語詞彙工作平台，以進行詞彙擷取、比對與詞彙關聯的建置。在典藏內容的多語化方面，99年度持續針對成果資源網站之簡介、精華特展與典藏精品進行的英語化與西語化與日語化的翻譯，以擴大臺灣地區多語化數位典藏資源的廣度；在典藏目錄的多語化方面，99年度將持續測試數位典藏聯合目錄翻譯平台，以進行聯合目錄的英語化翻譯工作，並透過與美國Getty Research Institute的合作，共同進行藝術與建築索引典「Art & Architecture Thesaurus（AAT）」的中文化工作，在數位典藏雙語詞彙中，挑選與藝術與建築相關之中英文詞彙，做為詞彙比對之依據，藉此提升臺灣地區多語化數位典藏資源的深度，以做為國際合作與國際推廣之基礎。 <br> Abstract: Taiwan e-Learning and Digital Archives Program (TELDAP) has been initiated since 2002 to promote and coordinate content digitization and preservation at leading museums, libraries, universities, research institutes, and other content holders in Taiwan. During the first phase of the program (2002-2006), more than 2 million records under 16 categories have been established. Now TELDAP has entered the second phase of the program (2007-2012). In order to provide more diversified digitalized data, National Digital Archives Program (NDAP) has consolidated with National Science and Technology Program for e-Learning (ELNP) and become Taiwan e-Learning and Digital Archives Program (TELDAP). To broaden public access and promote Taiwan’s heritage to the world, TELDAP has set a goal to provide multilingual service as the basis for international promotion and cooperation. Taiwan Digital Archives Multilingual Development Project aims to create the multilingual union catalog and multilingual content for TELDAP within the next five years. The objectives of Taiwan Digital Archives Multilingual Development Project in 2010 are: 1) continuously translating selected collections and multilingual catalog based on the outputs of the previous three years in order to broaden the profundity and scope of multilingual archives and also to enhance international cooperation; 2) inventorying TELDAP output websites and other resources; 3) establishing the TELDAP Glossary Platform to facilitate the indentifying, mapping and constructing of the relationship of TELDAP entries; 4) translating the introductions of TELDAP output websites and collections of special exhibitions into English and Spanish to broaden the scope of multilingual digital archive resources in Taiwan; 5) continuing the translation work of Union Catalog through the TELDAP Union Catalog Translation Platform; 6) cooperating with Getty Research Institute to do the translation of Art & Architecture Thesaurus (AAT) from English to Chinese based on the terms selected from the TELDAP Glossary.
