2005-06-272024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/661539摘要：臺北市政府自79年推動地理資訊系統至今，各機關已陸續建置了地形、發展現況、道路、使用分區、行政區劃、門牌位置、公共設施、管線等各種資料庫及地理圖形，所含括的屬性及空間位置資料，除了可作為市府市政決策及審核之參考準則外，亦可提供民間機構資料分析或加值處理應用，推動電子商務的發展。 依「臺北市政府地理資訊系統推動綱要計畫」，地理資訊圖資建置與供應為一重要之策略，為達成此一目標，乃推動建置臺北市政府地理資訊資料倉儲系統。 其建置目標： 一、彙整現行臺北市政府各機關單位於業務上所生產的地理資訊圖資資料，建置市府地理資訊倉儲。 二、建立地理資訊圖資資料供應管理機制，促進地理資訊圖資資料流通供應。 三、建立地理資訊圖資資料更新維護通報機制。 四、促進組織間地理資料的流通共享，減少重複建置成本，充分發揮資料整合與加值應用效益。 <br> Abstract: The government of Taipei promoted the geographical information system since 1990, already the construction has been topographical successively in every organ, develop various kinds of databases and geographical figures, such as present situation, road, using the dividing into area, administrative division, address position, communal facilities , pipeline, etc., the attribute included and drawn together and space position materials, besides can be regarded as the municipal administration of municipal government the reference criterion of making policy and verifying, can also offer folk organization's analysis or the adding value to deal with application, promote the development of e-commerce. In accordance with “Taipei city government geographical information system promote the plan of the outline” geographical information geospatial data construction and supplying as an important tactics, in order to reach this goal, promote the geographical information material storage system of government of Taipei of the construction. Its construction goal: First, gather together the geographical information geospatial data materials that the whole current unit of every organ of government of Taipei produced on the business, geographical information storage of municipal government of the construction. Second, set up geographical information picture money materials and supply the mechanism of management, the supply that promote the geographical information geospatial data materials and circulate.
