2013-08-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/645101摘要:我們的研究宗旨為分析醫療新聞訊息是否影響成人民衆的就醫行為。我們的假說是,在控制年齡、性別、教育、收入、婚姻状况和健康状態以後,較低的人生滿意度與較高的醫療新聞接受度可分別獨立地預測成人民衆對於醫療保健的需求比較高。第一部分採用文字探勘法分析當前醫療新聞資訊的置入性意涵。第二部分擬利用脈絡探查研究法分析台北區某醫學中心心臟血管疾病成人民衆的疾病狀態與其尋求醫療的行為。第三部分將調查臺灣的中老年成人的人生滿意度、現在生活品質、以及對於醫療新聞資訊的接受度是否為其尋求醫療保健的獨立預測因子。調查樣品包括在台北地區某醫學中心中年齡成年人和長者參與健康和生活狀態的問卷勘測。研究結果將揭露醫療新聞資訊與人生滿意度對於成人民衆尋求醫療保健行為的影響。 這項研究結果將提供新的洞察。除了疾病情况外,醫療新聞訊息與人生滿意度可能獨立地影響尋求醫療資源的行為。如此可以提供潛在的遠距醫療照護目標,也可以提供重新適當的分配醫療資源與社會福利的策略。<br> Abstract: The objective of our study is to investigate whether medical news and lifesatisfaction are independent predictors of the quest for health care. With text miningmethod, we will first segment the medical news documents and target variousattributes to identify product placement in daily medical news. With content miningmethod, we will explore a target database (from a division of cardiovascular centerin Taipei) containing patients’ medical records and select the needed attribute of thedata for data mining. We will focus on the characteristics of patients in the middleandold-age who pursuing higher medical resources and their medical care seekingbehavior. With questionnaire, a sample will include adults in the middle age andelderly in Taipei who participated in the survey of health, living status, lifesatisfaction, and their acceptance of medical news. We hypothesis that higheracceptance of medical news and lower life satisfaction predicts higher quest forhealth care visit after controlling for health status. The results will suggest theinfluence of medical news and the effect of life satisfaction on the behavior of healthcare utility in the third-aged adults. The findings of this study will provoke a newinsight and un-cloud medical news.
