2014-11-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/687402摘要:一、「中子散射應用研究」是複雜材料系統中之新興研究方法,為能深入材料系統內部而不具破壞性之探測工具,是凝態物質、高分子材料及生物分子結構等研究之必備先進技術,世界上之先進國家如美國、歐洲、日本、韓國及澳洲等均積極興建中子源,以從事相關之尖端研究。經評估後以與澳洲ANSTO合作建置中子繞射實驗相關設備方式,以提昇國內在材料科學、奈米科技及生物技術等研究上之競爭力。 二、本計畫為我國在澳洲建置冷中子三軸散射儀(SIKA)之國際合作計畫,執行期限自94年10月至今。本計畫之規劃、工程設計及建造均由中央大學物理系李文&#29486;教授負責,中子人才培育及推廣部分由同步輻射中心負責。於建造期間本司每半年請計畫主持人中央大學李文&#29486;教授及同步輻射中心黃迪靖副主任至本部做進度報告,以即時了解計畫執行中所遭遇的種種困難並協助解決。 三、冷中子三軸散射儀SIKA現已建置完成,預計於104年開始提供用戶申請使用。本次實地查訪,擬了解SIKA目前運轉情況,並與ANSTO本計畫負責人會談後續維運作業及管理問題。<br> Abstract: Firstly "neutron scattering applied research" is a emerging research method in the complex material systems. It is an essential study to detect condensed matter materials, polymers and bio-molecular structures ,etc. Taiwan and Australia work together to build cold neutron triple-axisspectrometer (SIKA) to enhance Taiwan’s competitiveness in materials science, nanotechnology and biotechnology of competitiveness ,etc. Secondly, the international cooperation project to build our cold neutron triple-axisspectrometer (SIKA) in Australia from October 1994 until now. According to this project, Professor Li Wenxian(Department of Physics, National Central University) is responsible for SIKA’s design and construction, and Synchrotron Radiation Center is responsible for neutron personnel training and promotion. Thirdly, the cold neutron triple-axisspectrometer (SIKA) now was built completed, which is expected to began to offer users to use in 2015. We visited ANSTO and discuss with this project leader about its subsequent operation and management issues.物理Physics赴澳洲考察台澳中子計畫SIKA儀器(國外差旅費)
