2010-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/679614摘要：本分項計畫主要在於整合全院11個學術領域，除了作為總計畫與各領域分項計畫縱向及橫向聯結機制，並提供全院師生學術交流平台，同時也經由院內公共基礎建設的改善及各種補助獎勵措施，協助工學院全體教師提高教學品質，充分發揮研究能量，另方面也推動成果考核，包括教師研究成果彙編及教學研究評鑑，落實總計畫所設定之各項績效評鑑質化與量化指標，確保工學院在國內外工程教育的競爭優勢，以達到本院之願景：「成為世界一流的工學院」。本年度經費22,530,000元，佔全院46％；執行策略上，將充分利用本院具備之完整工程領域優勢，以目標導向方式，選擇前瞻性且具特色之研究主題，整合跨領域及跨院系團隊重點投入，同時加速更新貴重儀器設備，改善教學環境設施，積極吸引優秀學生及教師，鼓勵高水準學術論文發表與技術專利取得，加強國際學術交流，推動產學合作與技術成果移轉；逐步實現本院「先達到亞洲一流，再邁向世界頂尖」的發展藍圖。本年度同時亦將針對第二期邁向頂尖大學計畫，規劃出本院具重點突破之學術研究領域。<br> Abstract: This subsidiary project focuses on the integration of 11 academic disciplines of the College of Engineering. It acts not only as vertical and horizontal dynamic-linking mechanisms for the Overall Project and various sub-projects for respective discipline, but also provides an academic exchange platform for the faculty and students of the College of Engineering. It is also the goal of Sub-project Ⅰ to assist all the faculty members of the College of Engineering to advance their teaching quality and capitalize on their research potential through the improvement of shared intra-college infrastructure as well as a variety of grants and subsidies. On the other hand, Sub-Project Ⅰ will press for end-result reviews, which include the compilation of faculty members’ research results, as well as instructional and research evaluation, in order to attain the objectives established by the Overall Project for performance evaluation with quantitative and qualitative indicators. The purpose is to ensure the College of Engineering holding the edge in the field of engineering education both domestically and internationally, and thereby fulfilling the vision of our college: “To be one of the world`s premier engineering schools.” The expenditure this year is NT$ 22,530,000, about 46% of the total budget of the overall project. With the strategy of the advantages of diverse engineering fields in our college, we select visionary and characteristic research themes and coordinate interdisciplinary teams to aim at developing by way of goal-oriented. Meanwhile, in order to improve the teaching environments, accelerate the renewal of precious equipment and facilities, and actively recruit excellent students and professors to encourage a high standard of academic papers and technology patents. To enhance the substantial relationship with partner universities and to promote the advanced research programs with industries and technology transfer are also important tasks to be carried out.
