2023-01-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/699850第三個子計畫【永續(ESG)目標的環境、組織與治理分析】，旨在從這三個角度分析ESG的結構和影響。在環境方面，我們將開始研究空氣污染法規如何影響企業策略和績效。組織分析重點在於關注外國人才市場政策放鬆、人才多元化、人才隊伍組建的組織策略等問題。在治理方面，我們探討了董事會多元化、SRIs的組成策略和創新機制以及ESG與新興金融的關係等問題。透過這一個子計畫，我們希望能夠更全面地了解組織的ESG策略及其社會影響。 The third subproject, The Analyses of Sustainability Goals from the Perspectives of Environment, Organization, and Governance, aims to analyze the structure and impact of ESG from these three perspectives. In terms of the environment, we will start studying how air pollution regulations affect corporate strategies and performance. The analysis of the organization focuses on issues such as the policy deregulation on the market of foreign talents, talent diversity, and organizational strategies for the formation of talent teams. In terms of governance, we explore issues regarding board diversity, the composition strategy and innovation mechanism of SRIs, and the relation between ESG and newly developed digital finance. By doing so, we expect to provide a more comprehensive understanding of an organization`s ESG strategy and its social impact."
