2011-01-212024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/662423摘要:台灣種苗外銷產值以蔬菜種子最高,以十字花科、茄科、葫蘆科蔬菜種子為大宗。各國常會對輸入蔬菜種子品種純度與品質進行規範,其中種子帶源性的病害檢測更是重要項目。黑腐病(black rot)是十字花科蔬菜重要的種傳細菌性病害,防制上除了在採種田加強植物保護管理外,種子採後處理也是重要的一環;然而許多減低種傳病害處理常會導致種子本身發芽率與/或發芽勢的降低,而無法實際應用。因此,本計畫第二年擬開發不影響十字花科蔬菜種子因防治黑腐病(Xanthomonas campestris pv. campestri)熱處理或藥劑處理所造成發芽率降低之種子處理技術,防治該病害。 <br> Abstract: Among the export seed and nursery products of Taiwan, vegetable seeds rank the top one sector in terms of trading amount, particularly those from Brassicaceae, Solanaceae, and Cucurbitaceae. There are usually certain requirements for seed purity and quality of import vegetable seeds in every country especially seed-born disease examination. Black rot disease, caused by Xanthomonas campestris pv. campestri (Pammel) Dowson (Xcc), is one of the most deleteriuos diseases in crucifers. Besides filed management, the seed pre-sowing treatments are often applied for disease control. However, a decrease of germination percentage and seed vigor is also resulted at the same time.
