生物資源暨農學院: 農業經濟學研究所指導教授: 張宏浩阮昭雄JUAN, CHAO-HSIUNGCHAO-HSIUNGJUAN2017-03-062018-06-292017-03-062018-06-292015http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/275842「貓空茶情商圈」位於臺北市文山區，為臺北市重要的觀光休閒產業區之一，本區因其天然山水資源具有水土保持、維護天然資源及保護生態等功能，早年即被劃設為保護區。2007年7月貓空纜車營運後，貓空地區未來觀光發展的目標就是要利用纜車來提振當地的觀光茶園產業，將該地區轉型成為觀光休閒產業專區。 本文主要探討貓空纜通車後對商圈的經濟影響。本研究主要採用問卷調查法，另搭配深度訪談法及實際參與觀察法為主要研究方法，訪談對象為商圈內的業者，主要分析、歸納並探討貓空現階段茶休閒產業與觀光的困境與因應措施。本研究探索貓空茶休閒產業的發展興衰，並試圖找出當前發展困境，期能提出協助貓空茶休閒產業觀光之未來發展建議。 根據研究結果，提出下列產業發展的策略建議，以供政府未來規劃與經營貓空商圈之參考： 一、整合交通運輸與貓空休閒產業； 二、檢視法令限制，促進地方茶產業特色； 三、強化產業與觀光行銷； 四、善加規劃路線標誌 五、推動「生態旅遊」（Ecotourism）Maokong tea industry district, which located in Wenshan, is one of the important tourism and leisure industry District in Taipei City. MaoKong area is famous for its rich natural resources in forests and spectacular scenes and has been zoned as a “resevation area”, where land usage and developmet is constrained by strict laws and regulations. Maokong Gondola has been viewed as an important resource and new image to reconstruct tourism development in Maokong area, since it operated in July, 2007. As the Maokong Gondola was built to improve traffic conditions and to further boost the tourism around Maokong, the primary purpose of this study is to evaluate the economic impacts of Maokong Gondola. The research begine with to study and explore the rise and fall of the Maokong tea culture industry, and its influence on local society and economic development, as trying to find out the current development challenges. And provide some recommendations or policy suggestions for future development of Maokong tea leisure industry. The research was mainly conducted by using surveys, as the help of in-depth interviews, physical participation and observations. The interviewees were selected from the locoal shopkeeper. The research used questionnaire survey, and a total number of 39 valid questionnaires were collected through face-to-face survey from locoal shopkeeper. Based on the result of the economic impact analysis, the study provides five suggestions for boosting the tourism in the Maokong tea industry district： (1) Integrated transportation and leisure industries around Maokong. (2) Review legal restrictions, improve the local tea industry characteristics. (3) Strengthen the industrial and tourism marketing.
