2008-04-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/663693摘要:本計畫工作內容包括:1. 河川水體涵容能力估算及驗證(包含利用水質水量模式模擬水質情勢);2. 理化性及生物性水質指標適地性檢討應用;3. 水質安全警戒值之訂定;4. 土地利用與水質影響評估及因應策略;5. 推估目前土地管制所產生之最大污染量。擬進一步探討水源保護區水質指標之適用性與預警功能,並評估區內土地利用方式之合理性與對水質衝擊潛勢,爰辦理此項水質管理技術提升計畫,規劃保護區水質管理之重要指標與應用、可能衝擊與對策,期研擬符合水源局區域特性之管理措施與實施計畫。<br> Abstract: The project focuses on the monitoring and estimating the loading of pollutants of the rivers in the watershed of the Feitsui Reservoir during high water to promote water quality. To make more efforts on analyzing the waterbody of the river and make the databases for water qualities more completely, this project includes the development of quality indicators review method to collecting the water quality and discharge suited planning area, the alert for water quality of indicators. The studies items contain the literature of local experience on delineation and control of the protection areas, the analysis of potential impact of land use, and their response strategies. Moreover, this project includes an ensemble assessment of the assimilative capacities of the river at the watershed of Hsintien River of Nan-Shih Creek Basin and Bei--Shih Creek Basin. These data is used to calibrate and validate the water quality models to estimate the total maximum loads of the catchment by the the Taipei Water Management Office.
