林慶文2006-07-262018-06-292006-07-262018-06-292001http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/16439乳鐵蛋白(lactoferrin)是運鐵蛋白家族 中之一員，是一種能與鐵結合之醣蛋白， 因兼具:1.提高腸細胞對鐵的利用性;2.抑菌 與殺菌性3.抗氧化作用等主要生物功能而 備受重視。此階段之實驗在利用基因工程 技術使Lactobacillus casei乳酸菌攜帶人乳 鐵蛋白基因(hLF cDNA)產製乳鐵蛋白，經 分析確認後，可將其定株於克弗爾粒上， 成為含有hLF 乳酸菌轉型株之克弗爾粒， 而有提昇人體免疫機能及促進腸道消化吸 收等之保健功能。Lactoferrin (LF) is an iron-binding glycoprotein of the transferrin family. The biological properties of this protein include the increasing the iron utilization in the gastrointesteinal tract, antibacterial and antioxidation. Gene engineering technology is utilized to generate Lactobacillus casei that contains human lactoferrin cDNA in order to produce lactoferrin. The transgenic Lactobacillus casei has been confirmed to contain hLF .This Lactobacillus casei can be incorporated into kefir to produe hLF.
