2020-09-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/651498Fu Kun-chi（傅萁）, the defendant of this case, is a famous politician in Taiwan who had served in the Legislative Yuan and won the Hualien County magistrate election. This is a high-profile significant-financial case and its court dossiers related to violating Securities and Exchange Act are numerous, but why the finding of the fact of speculating on stocks had to become a vexatious litigation lasting for 20 years? The internal habitus, organizational culture, ideology, and misconducting are worthy of further studying. The purpose of this research is to clarify the cause and its context of long suspension via focusing on fact-finding issues and studying structural deficiencies of judicial system.
