2008-12-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/671983摘要:本計畫的目的是利用即時聚合連鎖反應技術,快速鑑定世界上常見且重要的鮪魚物種,包含大西洋黑鮪(T. thynnus)、太平洋黑鮪(T. orientalis)、南方黑鮪(T. maccoyii)、黃鰭鮪(T. albacares)、長鰭鮪(T. alalunga)、大目鮪(T. obesus)。有別於過去利用RFLP或PCR產物以及DNA定序的鑑種方式,此技術將可解決需要在短時間內(數小時內)檢驗出鮪魚種類的需求,所需的成本也低於DNA定序的方法。<br> Abstract: This project will develop a rea-time PCR technique to rapidly identify the tuna species, including Thunnus thynnus, T. orientalis, T. maccoyii,T. albacares, T. alalunga and T. obesus. This method is cheaper and very efficient, which can be finished in several hours.
