管理學院: 臺大-復旦EMBA境外專班指導教授: 吳學良呂東鋒Lyu, Dong-FengDong-FengLyu2017-03-062018-06-292017-03-062018-06-292016http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/277636面對未來充滿競爭的金屬建築業市場，以及市場上充斥著的強勁的多元化競爭對手，為了保持目前公司的領導地位，公司該採取怎樣的總體戰略，如何對公司業務進行轉型和優化，採取什麼手段和策略來支持公司業務的長久高速發展將非常的重要。 本文以美建公司系統(中國)有限公司（簡稱美建公司）的業務發展面臨的挑戰為背景,通過對內外部環境的系統梳理和分析，結合金屬建築技術公司的業務特點以及戰略管理的相關理論知識，通過戰略管理的各種分析方法，對公司戰略管理的一體化進程和業務組合戰略進行概括分析和總結,結合當前的國內外形勢和發展方向，形成美建公司未來的“一體化全生命週期發展戰略”規劃，以期使美建公司成為未來“客戶首選的綠色建築解決方案”的提供者。 本文詳細描述了美建未來發展的戰略方向和前景、“一體化全生命週期發展戰略”的分析和形成過程，以及戰略支持措施等，同時也深刻剖析了目前公司存在的不足以及努力方向等，以形成自身的競爭優勢，對美建公司未來長期的穩定高速發展以及市場行為的指導具有積極的意義。該戰略如果能夠取得成效，對國內建築行業,以及國際其它大型跨國企業也將有所借鑒作用。With the competition extremely harder, companies must take more serious focus on the overall strategy execution, especially on the company business strategy review and repositioning. which means the new strategies created to support the development of business will be more important. Under this background, we took the case of ABC Building System(China) Co. ,Ltd, the business leader in this area. in this business case, we systematically analyzed the internal and external environment, combining the industry feather analysis, finally we raised the business strategy, which is “integration and whole life cycle business solution strategy”, this strategy included the future development of the business portfolio, business location, the field of competition, competitive strategy and the main strategic support system and so on, if it can be accomplished successfully , the company’s competitive advantage will be improved extremely and it hopeful to achieve more rapid development in the future. In this paper, we combined with theoretical knowledge, for example the strategy management, matrix analysis, SWOT analysis and balancing competition system.
